There is a pattern of unique habits that convert ordinary individuals into extraordinary individuals and extraordinary individuals into inspiring individuals. You can unlock your hidden potential when you understand and apply them achieve greatness in your life, Here’s a distilled list of habits, tools, and techniques that will help you stand out:

1. Be an early riser

Wake up early in the morning as this is the time when human mind is highly productive and creative with new ideas. It’s like starting on a clean slate. You find complete peace and quiet in the morning. You don’t find any distractions. Therefore, you can concentrate well. It helps to schedule your activities to start effectively as you have a fixed amount of time at your disposal.

2. Exercise Regularly

Exercise regularly. Spend your time going to the gym or going for a walk or meditating. To energize your body, you must burn calories while walking. It can elevate your body to new spirits and you can fill your mind with new thoughts and ideas during the exercise. Regular physical activity maintains a good appetite; ensures free movement; and provides good sleep.

All three are signs of good health. Take your time in maintaining your health. If you are healthy then you can face any kind of challenges in your life and come out with flying colors.

3. Follow Your Heart

Find your passion and follow it. Unfortunately, people follow the passions of others and fail miserably. You must find out your strengths and worries, leverage your strengths and overcome worries to achieve big in your life. Passion can take you to new heights of success.

When you work in your passionate areas, you don’t know how you spent your time and life. Your work doesn’t have to be boring, but it becomes inspirational and thus gets the best out of it. Some people chase money by ignoring their passion and end up being unsuccessful. The truth is that money will automatically follow you when you follow your passion.

4. Gain Attitude

In the twentieth century, a lot of research was done on successful people to understand what makes them extraordinary achievers. This showed that attitude was the main thing. Your attitude determines the height of your success. If your attitude is right then people can support you. Employers prefer attitude over experience during employment interviews.

5. Visualize Yourself

Understand the power of visualization, Learn to visualize success. You should see yourself as a successful person. It is rightly said that a battle is won twice – first with the mind and the second in reality.

This means you will have a mental script first and then the original script will be rolled out. Therefore, visualization is important to achieve great success. You can become what you want to be if you imagine yourself to be the way you want to be.

6. Equipped with Positive Affirmations

You should always visualize positive affirmations. Positive affirmations are like goal setting because they improve your positive outlook and the way you look at life. They help you stay focused on your goals and manage your time. They increase your longevity as you feel like living longer with optimism.

Whether you want to succeed or fail, it is in your hands because your thoughts will drive your actions. When your thoughts are positive, your actions will also be positive.

7. Discover Your Biological Clock

Every human body is unique and when you discover your biological clock, you can achieve greatness. You can also call it ‘mood’. Every human body is productive and creative at some point in the day. If you understand the times when you are highly productive, you can do important tasks and achieve optimum results.

This is the time when your body and mind rapidly connect and create amazing chemistry to get the results just the way you want them to be. For example, if you identify the ideal time to read in a day, and read the book, you can absorb and assimilate the material quickly. You will be able to implement it effectively and achieve great success.

So, instead of reading for ten hours at the wrong time, and if you read one hour at a time, when your body is highly productive, you can achieve the desired results easily, quickly and deftly.

We do 95 percent of our work with our subconscious mind and 5 percent with our conscious mind. Give positive commands 30 minutes before bedtime to strengthen your subconscious mind. A study shows that when we go to sleep our conscious mind works and our subconscious mind clicks on it and starts entertaining itself during rest of sleep.

We repeat what we did in our last 30 minutes 15-17 times a night. Therefore, you can understand the importance of ordering and instructing on the way you want to be in your life. If you want to win the Nobel Prize, command daily before sleeping that you are receiving the Nobel Prize.

When you do this regularly, you strengthen your subconscious mind and you start thinking and change your behavior accordingly and work hard to achieve your goal.

9. Improve your concentration

Light the candle in a dark room, and observe the flame for a few seconds without distraction to increase your concentration. When you practice this for a few days, you will be amazed to find yourself with a better concentration.

10. Use Your Inner Dialogue Effectively

All human beings have a dialogue within themselves during waking hours which is known as ‘inner dialogue’ or ‘self-talk’. It is most powerful when you use it effectively. However, it becomes a noise when you do not listen to others during the conversation. We can use it effectively throughout the day by practicing or thinking about good things. You can use your inner dialogue to be very successful at your goals during your spare time and travel time.

11. Write and Burn Paper

It is often difficult to forget unpleasant experiences and events. But here is a solution where you can get out of them. When negative thoughts come repeatedly in your mind or when you are angry with someone, write it on a piece of paper and burn it. When you write on paper, you bring out your emotions and free yourself from negative people and thoughts. When you burn, you put an end to them.

To conclude, the human mind is very powerful and you must know how to effectively exploit and channel it. By acquiring these habits and adopting these time-tested tools and techniques, you can unleash your hidden power to achieve greatness in your life.
