Teli was murdered last month by two sharp-armed assailants at his shop in Rajasthan’s Udaipur’s Maldas Street. The murder took place when Teli allegedly put out a social media post in favor of the former BJP Spokesman Nupur Sharma,
The case was first registered by the Rajasthan Police. The NIA later re-registered the case and took over the investigation. Seven accused persons were arrested in this case on 29.06.2022, 01.07.2000, 04.07.2022 and 09.07.2022.
