About the Author – Manab Sen
Manab Sen began his professional banking career in 1974 and was posted to a small, conservative town in Western Rajasthan. Witnessing social injustice and gender oppression first-hand inspired the narrative of THE ETERNAL SCALE.
Over the years, Manab built a global career in banking, finance, private equity, and strategic consulting, completing programs at IIM Ahmedabad and Rutgers Business School. He has worked across India, Bahrain, and the USA, combining analytical expertise with entrepreneurial vision.
In 2022, after 28 years abroad, he returned to India and co-founded a foundation supporting women and girls. He lives in Kolkata with his wife, Indrani, and their Maltese, Muffy. His professional journey and lifelong advocacy for social justice, gender equality, and opportunity infuse the novel with depth, authenticity, and cultural insight.
