Actor-politician Kiron Kher has been diagnosed with Covid-19
Actor-politician Kiron Kher has been confirmed to be infected with the corona virus.
The 70-year-old veteran shared the news in a post on Twitter on Monday evening and urged everyone he came in contact with to get tested.
“I have tested positive for covid. So anyone who came in contact with me please get yourself tested,” Kare tweeted.
The BJP MP from Chandigarh is best known for her appearances in critically acclaimed films like “Pariwali”, “Devadas”, “Main Hoon Na”, “Veer-Jara”, “Apne” and “Dostana”. She is married to legendary actor Anupam Kher.
In 2021, he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. After treatment she recovered.
According to Union Health Ministry data updated on Tuesday, 699 new coronavirus cases were reported in India, while active cases rose to 6,559. The death toll rose to 5,30,808 with two deaths.
