About the Book
Useless Facts, Badly Drawn is a print edition of the viral online sensation that took Instagram, Webtoons, and YouTube by storm. Marcus Santiago delivers facts so absurd, trivia so quirky, and illustrations so hilariously bad that you’ll keep turning pages just to see what comes next.

About the Author – Marcus Santiago
Marcus Santiago was born in Dubai in 1979 and trained at The Kubert School in New Jersey, USA, specializing in illustration and comic art. After moving to India, he worked various office jobs while pursuing his art, ultimately creating Useless Facts, Badly Drawn on Instagram in 2019 as a way to practice digital art.
With a growing online following on platforms like Instagram and Imgur, Marcus transformed his comic strips into this first physical book, bringing his humor and creativity to print for fans old and new.
Today, Marcus continues to live and work as an artist in New Delhi, sharing his love for quirky trivia, motorcycles, and chaotic pet turtles—who, according to Marcus, are excellent editors when it comes to nagging for more food.
