Kangana on Nawazuddin’s comments: ‘Silence never brings peace’
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has come out in support of Nawazuddin Siddiqui after breaking her silence on his wife Alia’s allegations against him.
Kangana said that it is very important for Nawazuddin to speak for her as silence is not the solution to all problems.
Kangana took to her Instagram stories and shared: “Nawazuddin._Siddiqi Saab was much needed… Silence never gives us peace… Glad you posted this statement (folded hands emoji).”
He also shared a screenshot of a statement issued by Nawazuddin, who recently responded to the allegations leveled against him by Alia Siddiqui.
Alia alleged that Nawazuddin used his power to take custody of her children and rape her. She shared a video from outside her bungalow, saying that she was not allowed to enter her house and went on the road with her children in the middle of the night.
He wrote in his statement: “I am being called a bad guy everywhere because of my silence. The reason I am silent is because my little kids have to read all this tamasha somewhere. Social media platforms, magazines and a lot of people. My character assassination based on one-sided and manipulated videos is very Enjoying. There are few points, I want to express – First of all me and Aaliya have not been together for many years, we are already divorced, but surely only our children will understand. Why my children are in India and have not come to school for 45 days and the school is sending me letters for a very long time. .
“My children have been held hostage for the past 45 days and are missing out on schooling in Dubai.”
He further asserted that excluding school fees, medical, travel and other entertainment expenses, Alia was earning around Rs 10 lakh per month for the past two years and Rs 5-7 lakh per month before she left for Dubai with her children.
