On New Year, January 1, 2023, Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh announced their wedding plans through a romantic video. About Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh’s relationship
Naresh revealed that he fell in love with Pavitra Lokesh while shooting Sammoganam. He said that they bonded well and that Pavitra was with him during bad times when he couldn’t focus on his life. The actor also shared that she helped him a lot when he felt broken in his life.
According to reports, Naresh and Pavitra have been in a relationship for years as he was often spotted at Katamaneni family gatherings. He also attended the funeral of Krishna and Vijaya Nirmala. It is also said that both of them were living together.
Naresh is the son of actress Vijaya Nirmala and her first husband KS Murthy. His adoptive father is superstar Krishna and half-brother Mahesh Babu.
Naresh Babu was married three times and due to irreconcilable issues with each of his ex-wives, he divorced them all. Pavitra was divorced from her first husband, a software engineer. Later she was in a relationship with Sushendra Prasad and broke up in 2018.

According to reports, Naresh is not divorced from his wife Ramya Raghupathi. After his marriage announcement with Pavitra, Ramya says she won’t let him marry her as she hasn’t divorced him yet. Ramya scolds him saying how can he stand so low when he has already been married thrice and each has a child.
Later, a few months ago, Naresh alleged that Ramya Raghupathi tried to kill him and threatened him with Rs 10 crore. He also appealed to the court to grant him protection, claiming that there was a threat to his life.
