About the Author – Dr. Arvind Kumar Srivastava
Dr. Arvind Kumar Srivastava (Advocate) is a distinguished lawyer, researcher, and social reformer, currently practicing at District & Session Court Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. Born in 1975 in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Srivastava has dedicated his career to advocacy, justice, and the upliftment of marginalized communities.
He founded the “Rule of Law & Justice” foundation in 2012, providing free legal aid and awareness to economically challenged citizens. His work has inspired collaborations with notable personalities including Mr. Ashok Kumar, IPS, DGP Uttarakhand, leading to initiatives like the Mahila Aichik Bureau, a judicial branch assisting women seeking justice.
Dr. Srivastava is also an accomplished author, having published books on sensitive legal topics such as Triple Denial, Haan Main Vivadit Hoon…?, and Main Nirbhaya Hoon…?, the latter recognized as the Best Anthology of the Year 2022. In recognition of his societal contributions, he has received multiple awards including the Bhartiya Sahitya Ratna Award and an honorary doctorate from Commonwealth Vocational University, Gurgaon.
