The teaser of Salman Khan’s upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan was released on Wednesday
Farhad Samji features Telugu actor Daggupathi Venkatesh in the film and his look in the teaser made his fans want more.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan also stars Pooja Hegde and Shehnaaz Gill. It is scheduled to be released around Eid this year. Venkatesh, who last acted in the Telugu film F3, made his Hindi debut with the 1993 film Anari. Two years later, he was spotted in Takdirwala. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan marks a comeback to Bollywood after 28 years.
In the 40-second teaser of the film that was leaked since the release of Pathan, Venkatesh can be seen in the frame with Pooja Hegde and Bhumika Chawla. He plays a South Indian character and has a scene during a temple festival.
Venkatesh’s fans took to Twitter to share their excitement. Most of them said that they were happy to see her return to Bollywood after a long time. A user wrote: “Just saw Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Teaser. It was amazing to see Venkatesh in one frame and it was such a good role. Another user wrote: “We will also see Victory Venkatesh in the film along with Salman Khan. It’s going to be great.”

Meanwhile, Venkatesh’s new Telugu project was announced on Wednesday. Titled Saindhav, he is working with filmmaker Sailesh Kolanu for the first time. Looking at the poster, it looks like a big budget action flick.
Venkatesh is currently awaiting the release of Ray Donavan Indian adaptation, in which he is teaming up with his nephew Rana Daggubati for the first time. The show also marks Venkatesh’s OTT debut. When the announcement was made, Rana said in a statement: “This is completely different from what either of us have done in our careers so far. I am very happy to work with a team and a platform that knows this design very well. It will be new, challenging and fun. We are looking forward to shooting soon,” he said. Venkatesh also expressed his excitement and said, “I can’t wait to work with Rana. I’m sure we’ll have a blast on sets. I’m a huge fan of Ray Donovan and the team is going all out to make sure we do it justice.
