Lisa Marie Presley has died. She was 54. The singer-songwriter, the only daughter of Elvis Presley, died Thursday after being hospitalized in Los Angeles for a medical emergency. Her death was confirmed by her mother, Priscilla Presley, who said her daughter was rushed to hospital hours after suffering a medical emergency at home. Lisa Marie Presley is the only child of Elvis and Priscilla Presley. In the 2000s he released his own albums and appeared on stage during concerts. He was at the Golden Globes 2023 on January 10, where he celebrated Austin Butler’s Best Actor win for his portrayal of his late father in Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis.
Lisa Marie Presley’s death was confirmed by her mother Priscilla Presley, who wrote, “It is with a heavy heart that I have to share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us.” Priscilla added, “She is the most passionate, strong and loving woman I know. We ask for privacy as we try to cope with this profound loss. Thanks for the love and prayers. No further comment at this time. ”
In a 2012 interview Lisa Marie Presley spoke about her father’s influence. “It’s been my whole life. It’s not something I listen to now and it’s different. Although I can listen closely. I’m sure I’ve always been a fan. He’s always influenced me,” he told the AP.
