Dr. Priya Sachdeva : Dr. Priya Sachdeva is a pioneer in education and presently working as an Associate Professor at Amity School of Communication, Amity University, Noida, India. She was an Associate Professor and School Coordinator with Sharda University in 2021. She has completed MBA in 2007 and Got CITED by Amity University for PG in Events &Public Relations (TOPPER, GOLD MEDALIST) in 2010.She is Ph.D. in Mass communication from Amity University, Noida in 2018. She has done Advanced Leadership Program from IIM Lucknow and completed her third post-graduation from Wharton University in 2022.She is a keen researcher, a passionate educationist and has 18+ years of experience in teaching and research. She is an author of three Books.She is a Course Committee Member for Introduction of Mass Media in CBSE affiliated schools.She is acknowledged with many accolades since 2006, being a leading expert and an active promoter of media literacy, holds strong research acumen, published / presented many research papers at national and international levels and won laurels for holding exceptional events .She has been awarded by International awards for Educational Excellence 2021 powered by Medi links India , Council for brand business promotion and research for one of the top 100 impactful education leaders in 2021. Clever Fox Publishing : When and how did you start your writing journey?
Dr. Priya Sachdeva : From 2011, when I presented my first research paper at Amity University, Jiapur

Dr. Priya Sachdeva :Artificial Intelligence has emerged as a miracle which has transformed lives and communication from the core. AI technologies have enabled the brands to make automated decisions based on data collection, data analysis and trends which has significantly impacted brand marketing. The AI techniques is a new dimension which has paved an unprecedented path to shape businesses to deepen brand- consumer relationship. This book has showcased that how AI has seeped in and transformed brand performance, can scale customer personalization and precision in ways, fuels the consumer need of interactivity and impacted content creation, strategizing brand and its assessment. AI is a new tomorrow as it is touching consumer behaviour in infinite ways. This book has highlighted through case studies that how AI has converged a virtual reality platform providing immersive brand experiences to its users, can create simulation models and personalized purchasing processes through recommendations based on machine learning technologies and interaction with virtual assistants which has made many brands adopting AI to stay ahead and sustain in future. Dr. Priya Sachdeva :My late mother Mrs. Neelam Handa, my family, my husband Mr. Rahul Sachdeva, my sons Ayan and Rajveer Sachdeva were the real inspirations and thanks to almighty who has given me the drive to follow my intellectual pursuits and reach to this level.
Clever Fox Publishing : How was your pre-writing experience? What urged you?
Dr. Priya Sachdeva :I always saw people writing about their lives, other lives and sharing and publishing the content which has come through really long experiences and hard work. So just thought to publish the stuff which is based on my understanding and great experience to enlighten the path for millions who are there in their learning journey.
Clever Fox Publishing : How was your writing experience? Smooth or bumpy?
Dr. Priya Sachdeva : My writing experience was very bumpy as I had loads of other responsibilities to fulfil and this book is an outcome of many sleepless nights and sincere dedication towards the goal. It took me an year to finalise the book with the best possible content and latest updating in this field as this field in VUCA times has become very vulnerable.
Clever Fox Publishing : How much did your publishers contribute? Did they ease the process for you?
Dr. Priya Sachdeva :Publishers have given their full support as and when needed. And yes they ease the process for me to much extent.

Dr. Priya Sachdeva : My family and friends were overwhelmed by this book publication of mine. But moreover, my mentors felt proud to see me growing this way.

Dr. Priya Sachdeva : Technology advancement in this era of digitalization, in times of VUCA (Volatile, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) has evolved humans to acquaint themselves to the latest innovations. Artificial Intelligence has come as a bliss to the brands and businesses to make use of automated decisions on the basis of customer/ audience data observations, collections and analysis based on data collection, data analysis, and additional observations of audience or economic trends which impact marketing efforts. Educational institutions and Enterprises have set up machine learning models and have had new algorithms work their way on their way to using artificial intelligence as a Service application. But the true end goal of AI is something much more sophisticated than mere service application.
AI has augmented the speed in marketing, brand management and has improvised brand imagery. AI tools and techniques not only have enhanced the communication with customers but also tailored the messages according to their respective preferences and expectations ensuring maximum efficacy to meet consumers in real time and reduce the human nuances performance.

Dr. Priya Sachdeva : As an aspiring writer I must advice you that no idea is small to put forward to the world. It maybe you who is the discoverer of that idea and might be generations follow them. So, the best time is now and best work is your research and understanding of the subject which you are going to put forward in your words and content which may open infinite avenues for the researchers, academicians and other readers to take that concept forward.
