Clever Fox Publishing: Tell us something about your background.
Neelam Afroz : I am basically from madikeri, coorg. I am a teacher by profession. I am divorcee.. life wasn’t easy for me.
Clever Fox Publishing: When and how did you start your writing journey?
Neelam Afroz : Once night in my dream i felt that i was writing something .. immediately I woke up and tried writing and I could literally write something..
Clever Fox Publishing : What is your book all about?
Neelam Afroz : my book is about quotes.
Clever Fox Publishing: What prompted you to write this book?
Neelam Afroz : my life experience prompted me to write.
Clever Fox Publishing: How was your pre-writing experience? What urged you?
Neelam Afroz : First I tried writing in Urdu, barely in kannada. Later tried writing in English. I used to write as WhatsApp status ,then when I started getting good feedback for my status I felt like ,why shouldn’t I compile them into a book.
Clever Fox Publishing: How was your writing experience? Smooth or bumpy?
Neelam Afroz : Writing experience is surely not smooth.. it’s bumpy coz when i had to search for apt words.
Clever Fox Publishing: How much did your publishers contribute? Did they ease the process for you?
Neelam Afroz : Of course ,cleverfox helped me a lot in publishing my book.
Clever Fox Publishing: What is the reaction of your family and friends to you writing this book?
Neelam Afroz: Many of my friends and family feel very proud of me..and they complimented saying publishing a book is a great achievement.

Neelam Afroz: Members who helped me are my kids(abdul mujeeb,ayisha osheen), vasudeva , nancy james, soumya mathew and asha remesan.
Clever Fox Publishing: How is your book going to impact the readers?
Neelam Afroz: My book will make the readers think how people are and to introspect themselves.
Clever Fox Publishing: How do you deal with negative comments if any?
Neelam Afroz : I have received a lot of negative comments but then i tell them that this is my perseption of life and it may b entirely different from theirs.
Clever Fox Publishing: What are your upcoming writing ventures?
Neelam Afroz : My next plan is to publish a book of poems.
Clever Fox Publishing: Any piece of advice for our aspiring writers?
Neelam Afroz : Advice for the writers is.. if you like to write something just start… Dont worry about the style and vocabulary… If people can relate it easily and love what you have written …then your style of writing becomes a trend setter.
