Delhi court dismisses Manish Sisodia’s bail plea in excise policy case
A Delhi court on Friday rejected former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia’s bail plea in a CBI case in the excise policy case. Special Judge MK Nagpal dismissed Sisodia’s plea.
On March 24, the Delhi court reserved its order.
The agency arrested Sisodia on February 26 for alleged corruption in the formulation and implementation of the now-cancelled Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
