Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli visit ashram of PM Modi’s spiritual guru in Rishikesh | Photos Viral

Ahead of India’s Test series against Australia, Anushka Sharma along with husband and former Indian captain Virat Kohli visited Swami Dayanand Ji Maharaj’s samadhi at Swami Dayanand Ashram in Rishikesh. Many pictures of Anushka and Virat worshiping at the ashram went viral. Both are expected to perform rituals at the ashram.

Swami Dayanand Ji Maharaj is said to be the ‘Spiritual Guru’ of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is noteworthy that Virat is not playing in the ongoing New Zealand series as he has taken a break from T20 matches. Also, reports suggest that Virat and Anushka are planning to host Bandara at Dayanand Giri Ashram.
Virat and Anushka’s visit to Rishikesh comes days after they were blessed with their daughter Vamika at an ashram in Vrindavan. They visited Baba Neem Karoli Ashram in Vrindavan earlier this week and stayed at the Ashram for about an hour, had a ‘darshan’ of Baba’s ‘Samadhi’ and meditated in a ‘kutiya’ (hut). According to reports, they also donated blankets to the ashram. Anushka’s family follows Baba Neem Karoli.
